A reputed lawyer with a predominant litigation practice in the Mumbai High Court and Supreme Court of India, Mr. Tejas Deshpande has been practising law for almost two decades in the realm of real estate, infrastructure and company law. He assisted in drafting and researching the book 'Kuler – Indian Contract Act' on Indian Contract Act (2003), as well as 'Pollock & Mulla - Indian Contract Act and Specific Relief Acts’ (2004). At present, Mr. Deshpande is also on the Board of Kirloskar Industries Limited and Avante Spaces Limited. He also holds a full-time position in Crescent Legal Associates LLP.
