With an impressive 32-year tenure at KPCL, Mr. Sanjay Grover is a pivotal figure in our leadership team, steering our international growth initiatives. His extensive background in Sales & Marketing has been instrumental in building and expanding our domestic distribution network for compression business. Now, he is focusing his vast experience on elevating KPCL's global presence.

As Vice President – International Business Development, Mr. Sanjay Grover is dedicated to enhancing KPCL’s international footprint. His strategic vision is centred on cultivating strong partnerships, identifying new market prospects, and implementing growth strategies that ensure sustainable success. Under his guidance, KPCL's international business is set for notable expansion.

Beyond his role at KPCL, Mr. Sanjay Grover actively contributes to the Cold Chain development in India as a member of the CII committee and has previously served as Vice Chairman of the Food Processing Committee at the Trade Promotion Council of India.

Mr. Sanjay Grover holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing Management. He has also refined his expertise through an executive program in Export Management from IIFT, Delhi.
