His extensive skill set includes process digitisation, income tax, transfer pricing, corporate finance, debt restructuring, and audit and SOX compliance. Mr. Ramesh Birajdar has a proven track record of transforming loss-making units into profitable entities and achieving a debt-free status for companies. He leverages his personal credibility to influence outcomes beyond his immediate business and functional areas.

Ramesh is also a valued contributor to finance and taxation knowledge, frequently speaking at national and international conferences and summits, as well as esteemed management institutes around Pune. His previous roles at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Kalyani Group, Tata Group, Schaeffler India, and Lear Corporation underscore his leadership acumen. Prior to joining Kirloskar Pneumatic, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Transformers and Rectifiers India Limited, a listed company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Mr. Ramesh Birajdar holds a Master of Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA (UK).
