Ganesh Chaudhari has done his Master’s in Business Administration with specialisation in Human Resource Management. In 2005, he joined Kirloskar Pneumatic in its Human Resources department. In a career spanning over two decades, he has been through various responsibilities in the Human Resources function. He has emerged as a hands-on leader specialising in creating a robust HR framework while creating a culture of performance in the Organisation.

During the last 20 years he has successfully led the Human Resources function in Kirloskar Pneumatic to a national benchmark through the CII HR Excellence award assessment during the years 2019 to 2022. He practices a collaborative approach when it comes to driving engagement across the organisation. 

Under his leadership, Kirloskar Pneumatic has demonstrated industry best employee engagement scores over the past few years and has emerged as one of the preferred sites for benchmark HR practices in the manufacturing sector in the country. Mr. Ganesh Chaudhari overcomes challenging situations with his undeterred focus and dedication.
