Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited received the Gold Award at the 12th CII National Kaizen Circle Competition 2026, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry. Conducted on a virtual platform, the competition recognised organisations for implementing impactful Kaizen initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.

The competition attracted around 605 teams from manufacturing and service industries across India, showcasing innovative Kaizen practices across diverse sectors.

The Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment Division, Plant Engineering team received the Gold Award in the ‘Best Kaizen for Energy & Utilities Management’ category for its innovative improvement initiative.
