For our partners, we designed and manufactured a compact gearbox with a double helical design for their cement mill. With two sets of helical teeth cut in opposite directions on the same gear, they mesh gradually for increased engagement allowing for the transmission of greater loads. The unique design also makes the operations quieter with reduced noise.
