Award

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited achieved notable success at the 41st Annual Chapter Convention on Quality Circle and Allied Concepts (CCQC-2026), organised by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Pune Chapter, on October 9–10, 2026, in Pune.

The company participated in the convention with five Kaizen teams representing the Air Compressor Division (ACD), Precision Engineering Division (PED), Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment, Process Gas Systems (PGS) and Nashik Manufacturing Division (NMD). For the first time, two Quality Circle teams, representing ACD and PED, also participated in the convention.

The event featured more than 300 team and case-study presentations from over 100 organisations, covering Quality Circle, Lean Quality Circle, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S and other allied team-improvement concepts.

The participating teams received the following awards:

• Gold Award: Precision Engineering Division – Machine Shop
• Gold Award: Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment – Manufacturing Engineering
• Gold Award: Process Gas Systems – Project Execution
• Gold Award: Nashik Manufacturing Division – Procurement
• Bronze Award: Air Compressor Division – Quality Assurance

The company also secured Gold Awards in the Quality Circle competition:

• Gold Award: Air Compressor Division – Assembly
