Mr Aman Kirloskar is a graduate in Business Administration and a proud recipient of University Wide Jeremiah Clark Barber Commencement Award. He started his career within Kirloskar Group as a Supply Chain Manager and later on joined Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited in 2019.

Mr. Aman Kirloskar brings an impressive track record from within the Kirloskar Group, having held leadership roles across operations, supply chain, and business strategy. He has been instrumental in driving growth initiatives and enhancing our focus on innovation and sustainability. In his previous roles, KPCL achieved significant milestones, including record revenues and the expansion of key product lines. This was also recognised by prestigious award 'Chairman's Award for Best Business' i.e. 'the crown jewel of Kirloskar'.

He also heads group level initiatives in areas like ESG compliance. He chairs the group level environment conservation committee, which spearheads various initiatives across multiple business units focused on sustainability, green technology and circular economy. He is also the Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce's Western region. Currently, he is a Director on the board of Alpak Investments Private Limited, lndifour Consult Private Limited, Arka Fincap Limited and Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited.
