Nitin Pai

Associate Vice President - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Nitin Pai is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Goa Engineering College, Goa. He began his career in 1997 as a management trainee, and after a brief stint at Voltas, he rejoined Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited in 2003.

Since then, he has led the Sales & Marketing function within the Refrigeration Systems segment of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Division, securing several complex orders in the Oil and Gas industry for major corporations. These included some very large and critical packages with complex processes and new technologies. His notable achievements include delivering the company's first refrigeration package featuring a Centrifugal compressor in 2011.

Having grown professionally in the Sales function, Nitin currently serving as AVP, he oversees the entire Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business portfolio in addition to Refrigeration Systems sales, consistently setting new standards of excellence in the key industry segments.
