"Seventeen years ago, I joined Kirloskar Pneumatic as a GET, embarking on a journey that would shape my life in countless ways. This 'limitless journey' has been filled with growth, learning, and countless opportunities to contribute to the company's legacy.

For sixteen years, I was a part of the Vapour Absorption Chillers function in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Division. In the past year, I've had the privilege of working in the Air Compressor Division, gaining valuable experience in engineering, procurement, sales, and marketing.

This diverse exposure has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of various processes, strategies, and management techniques. It has also helped me grow both personally and professionally.

I'm incredibly grateful to the mentors and colleagues who recognised my potential and supported me throughout my career. They've played a crucial role in helping me achieve my goals.
