“I remember graduating with my Mechanical Engineering degree in ‘97, feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty. The manufacturing world was vast, and I was eager to dive in. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to call Kirloskar home for a good chunk of my career.

Since joining Kirloskar Pneumatic in 2014, I've had the chance to lead the Saswad plant and head operations for ACR-Products. It’s been a wild ride, but I’ve learned a lot about strategic planning and execution. This company encourages us to think big, set goals, and work towards them systematically.

One thing I love about Kirloskar Pneumatic is how they empower us to grow. They've got this initiative where we can come up with our own "AGP" projects - Aggressive Growth Projects. It's a great way to innovate, whether it's developing new products or exploring new markets.

And let's not forget the company values. They're like a compass, guiding us through the ups and downs of the business. Over the past decade, I've been fortunate to be part of an organization that encourages experimentation, learning, and self-development.

Today, as we transition to digital manufacturing, I'm proud to be part of Kirloskar's evolution. It's been a journey filled with challenges and triumphs, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.”
