That’s why we have developed our apprenticeship programme, which offers diverse opportunities to fresh graduates every year to kick-start their professional careers. To achieve this, we have developed a seamless system to screen, shortlist, test and hire students, depending on their academic records. Before their acceptance, students are expected to appear for an examination and qualify in a technical round to be a part of one of the best engineering companies in India.
