The Bharari Initiative was started to promote, and enhance secondary education for socio-economically challenged students. The initiative supports 944 students across 6 schools in the vicinities of our Saswad and Hadapsar plants. The program has evolved to integrate critical life skills, scientific learning, and dedicated psychological support through counseling and behavioral assessments. Recognizing that great education starts with great educators, we also initiated comprehensive Teacher Training modules, successfully empowering 14 teachers to better guide these young minds.

The Bharari Initiative was started to promote, and enhance secondary education for socio-economically challenged students. We have since enriched the initiative by adding life skills along with other activities for academic skill development. Today, upwards of 350 students in 7th and 8th standard, from 5 schools in the vicinity of the Saswad plant are assisted for development through the Bharari Initiative.
