R&D Colloquium

The R&D Colloquium is a platform where young minds present their ideas to Kirloskar Pneumatic’s higher management and other team members. It is an opportunity for our interns to interact with senior leadership and colleagues, get invaluable insights and understand their thoughts and experiences.

Starting 2017, we welcomed interns into the fold to provide the organisation with fresh perspectives, research-oriented work and the development of innovative engineering tools and calculation sheets that go beyond the team’s work routine. With the delivery of exceptional work, we created the R&D Colloquium in 2022 to involve the senior leadership in showcasing the interns’ interpretation of engineering trends and projects. The appreciation received for their year-long projects is an added bonus to reward their hard work and contribution.
