Job Description
- Hands on experience of detailed design of different type Industrial Gearboxes (like Helical, bevel helical, planetary type).
- In-depth understanding of gear design, gear material and heat treatment selection
- Good understanding of gear profile modifications, gear dynamic deflections,bearing selection, force calculations
- Knowledge about layout design of various types of gearboxes
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes related to gears, housing, shaft etc.
- Lubrication flow path and forced lubrication system selection for gearbox.
- Hands on exposure to softwares like KISSSOFT or Romax & PTC Creo.
- Handling of team & planning of departmental activity.
