KPCL’s 3 Kaizen Teams, TRM - Manufacturing Engineering, ACR Equip. - Plant Engineering & PGS - Project Execution received ‘Gold Award Trophy’ and 2 Kaizen Teams, ACD - Quality Assurance & NMD - Engineering received ‘Silver Award Trophy’ in the convention that focused on Quality Circle, Lean Quality Circle, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S and allied Team concepts.

(Plant Engineering), received the ‘Par Excellence Award,’ and 3 Kaizen Teams, TRM (Heat Treatment), PGS (Project Execution), and Corporate (Estate & Environment), received the ‘Excellence Award’ in the convention based on Quality Circle, Lean Quality Circle, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, and allied team concepts.

The Quality Council of India (QCI) in New Delhi declared Kirloskar Pneumatic Company as a WINNER and bestowed a Certificate of Commendation and Award-Winning Trophy in the competition - ‘Quality Month Celebration at Your Organization’. Year 2023 was the 14th consecutive year at Kirloskar Pneumatic Company to celebrate ‘Quality Month’’.

KPCL D&D team has bagged the second consecutive ‘Best Student Presentation Award’ at City, University of London's 13th International Conference on Compressors and their Systems held between 10-13 September 2023. The research paper titled ‘Investigating Alternative Rotor Materials to Increase Displacement and Efficiency of Screw Compressor while Considering Cost and Manufacturability’ interested many experts; especially the novel look into materials in order to enhance performance.

KPCL crossed 600+ scoring band in CII assessment and awarded with “Prize for Leadership in HR Excellence ''. In recognition of consistency & urge for learning, KPCL also received the “Sustained Excellence in HR” award by the CII Jury members. KPCL is the only organization in India to win this award & scoring 600+ points consecutively 4 times in a row.
