Job Requirements

• Responsible for sales of Refrigeration Compressor, Air Compressor & Vapour absorption M/C
• Enquiry Generation, Proposals making, Order Booking and recovery.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
• Tracking of proposals & follow up with the client for the order.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analysis.
• Techno commercial negotiation with client.
• Dealer Management

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [Air-conditioning & Refrigeration].
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
