Our commitment to building a limitless world

Kirloskar Vasundhara is inspired by "Vasundhara," the ancient Indian term for Mother Earth, She was revered for Her fertile soul and limitless wealth. When we embarked on a journey inspired by the collective consciousness of society to put cause to concern, we wanted to pay homage to Her generosity. That’s how Kirloskar Vasundhara came to be. What started in 2007 as a small industrial exhibition in Pune, eventually grew in size, stature and spirit spanning over 30 cities in just four years. Today, Kirloskar Vasundhara has built a platform that educates, inspires and encourages change across the world. Change that is essential to preserve and protect our natural resources for future generations.

Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival

An innovative attempt to preserve our great natural heritage, the Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival is a platform for meaningful conversation. A one of a kind film festival, it combines film screenings and different allied activities related to environment, wildlife, energy, air, water, and raising awareness about the environment and the state of our planet. The documentaries are carefully curated and selected from across the globe for each festival, to enlighten and inspire. They are complemented with panel discussions, photo exhibits and masterclasses with renowned experts. Our festival fosters a harmonious relationship between nature and mankind, empowering individuals to take action.

Ram Nadi Restoration Mission

The Ram Nadi, a 19.20 km river in Maharashtra that has met the same fate as many of the other rivers in the country. It has dried up and fragmented due to pollution and illegal construction. With a definite agenda to restore the Ram Nadi to its ever-flowing glory, Kirloskar Vasundhara and 12 esteemed organisations have come together and created the Ram Nadi Restoration Mission. Through this mission, we aim to protect vital water resources and promote sustainable river restoration practices across India.

Online Ramnadi Festival

The Online Ram Nadi Festival is an initiative to spread awareness about the importance of river restoration. Experts from diverse fields come together to share insights, action plans, and solutions through engaging films and panel discussions. This platform encourages collaboration and knowledge-sharing, empowering individuals to contribute to river conservation.

Ramnadi School Mission

The Ram Nadi Restoration (RRM) School Initiative focuses on educating students and teachers in schools near the Ram Nadi river basin about the importance of river restoration. Activities such as workshops, wall paintings, competitions, and elocutions are conducted in the schools. Today, the message of the mission reaches more than 3500 students and teachers.
