We are committed to empowering youth through skill development and enhancing employability. In collaboration with the S. L. Kirloskar Foundation and NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation), we sponsor socio-economically disadvantaged students for technical education. Our programs emphasize gender diversity, inclusion, and equity, with 156 students from underprivileged backgrounds enrolled in three-year diploma courses in Mechatronics & Smart Factory, Electronics & Embedded Systems, and Electrical & Electronics at NTTF campuses in Bengaluru, Dharwad, and Pune. Among the beneficiaries, 44% are girls, including orphans and children of single mothers.

In addition to these initiatives, we support higher education through our contribution to the Kirloskar Institute of Management, fostering the next generation of leaders.
