Job Description
- Develop "new business" opportunities for Portable Air Compressors
- Identify "lost business", with Help of the Regional Team
- To arrange to maximize sales of KPCL brand Portable Air compressors in Pan India.
- To Arrange better coverage of the market through sales people and distributors and increase market share.
- Develop, and motivate the team of sales personnel.
- Arrange to assist the sales team with better price realization
- Arrange to gather up-to-date market place intelligence.
- To develop and maintain good customer relationships
- To develop and deliver presentations to enhance company image and increase sales.
- To consistently analyze the business across Pan India, including customer spending on both
- KPCL accounts and competitors' accounts in order to benefit the business.
- Develop the competency levels of the sales force.
Key Skills
- To develop Direct and Indirect forces, Marketing ACD Portable Air compressors Business Pan India.
- The candidate will have a Marketing profile, demonstrated success in the management to assist the sales team, and customer accounts, and significant achievement in market growth.
- Strong experience in Marketing and selling compressors.
