Job Description
1. Attending new projects Order Transfer Meetings (OTM) and kick of meetings with clients.
2. Through study of Material Requisition (MR) and / or Purchase requisition (PR) received for new projects. Complying the requirements mentioned in MR / PR in engineering deliverables
3. Prepare project schedule for engineering deliverables and PBM schedule to meet project Contractual Delivery Dates (CDD).
4. Drawing generation of P&ID, equipment layout, nozzle orientations of equipment?s, foundation drawing.
5. 3-D equipment, piping modelling and PMS generation in Autodesk Plant 3D.
6. Prepare comment resolution sheet (CRS) for comments received on equipment layout, foundation drawing, 3D piping model etc.
7. Generation of Isometric Drawings, Piping GAD?s etc.
8. Detailing and generation of fabrication drawings of structural items like base frames, platforms, operating platforms, ladders, grating and weight calculations of the same.
9. Preparation BOM of pipes, fittings etc.
Key Skills
1. Hands on experience on 3-D modelling of piping with Autodesk Plant 3D or CAD works software is must.
2. Understanding of P&ID, General arrangement drawings, isometric drawings is mandatory.
3. Conversant with Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, pumps, Instruments etc.
4. Adequate knowledge of process piping and its component, 3D model review, BOM preparation etc.
5. Conversant with preparation of structural drawings like Base frames, fabricated items etc.
6. Working knowledge about MS-office.
