The Kanya Shiksha (KaShi) Initiative is an initiative that takes a step towards providing and promoting girl education, by supporting the daughters of workmen of Cold Storage Units in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab. KaShi is implemented by employee volunteers from the regional offices of the company in North and West India, in collaboration with their respective State Cold Storage Associations. Currently, there are more than 30 girl students being supported through this initiative
